Notes of grounding Himalayan Cedarwood have sedative properties that create a feeling of safety and comfort. Lemon Verbena is rich in melatonin, which is primarily released by the pineal gland at night time and is believed to relieve stress and tension. Our Dreams scent combines four oils which have been found to enhance the length and quality of sleep.
